alltours is one of the four largest tour operators in Germany – and offers its customers a well-thought-out digital travel experience with the alltours app. The app bundles all travel documents in one central place and provides tailored services that accompany customers along the entire customer journey – from booking and travel preparation to their stay on-site. This makes the holiday simpler, more transparent, and more comfortable, step by step. NEXT Munich developed the app in 2023 – and it has been heavily used ever since: around every second alltours customer now uses it. This high level of satisfaction is also reflected in the feedback – with a rating of 4.8 stars on the Apple Store.

"When developing the alltours travel app, our goal was to convey a feeling of holiday excitement to users the moment they open the app. We transport the atmosphere and mood of a holiday through a friendly and minimalist design, combined with large images of the various holiday destinations. A special feature we developed is a widget that is displayed directly on the smartphone's home screen. This widget not only offers users a countdown to the start of their holiday, but also provides further up-to-date travel details. This way, they can keep an eye on the remaining time whenever they like and receive important information about their trip."
