Working at NEXT Munich

Right in the middle of a landscape conservation area, between the Auer Mühlbach and Kunstmühlenbach streams, our Munich office is idyllically situated on a small island – complete with birdsong, fresh air, and the occasional bleating of sheep. Located in the historic Kraemer'sche Kunstmühle, our premises span two floors. Bright offices, modern workspaces such as alcoves and whiteboards, as well as a roof terrace for open-air meetings, create an atmosphere that combines focused work and relaxed team life in a very special way. 

Since 2022, our office in the heart of Cairo has been located in the inspiring environment of the Greek Campus – a vibrant tech hub in Downtown. With a dedicated, permanent team on-site, Cairo is our second location and an integral part of the NEXT Munich culture. The close exchange between the teams ensures seamless collaboration across borders. 

A productive working atmosphere and open communication are the be-all and end-all within our team. In regular team meetings and Creative Lunch Sessions, we don't just discuss project progress; we share ideas, give feedback, and learn from one another. We take responsibility, actively seek feedback, and continuously develop – both individually and as a team. Mutual support, constructive exchange, and having fun at work are just as important to us as clear goals and sustainable action.
